Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Telzyra website and platform. By using Telzyra, you agree to them. Telzyra is currently in early access, so features and these Terms may change before general availability.
1. The service
Telzyra is an independent workflow automation platform. It lets you connect applications, build workflows in a visual editor and run them on Telzyra's own execution engine. During early access, some features may be limited, change or be unavailable.
2. Accounts
To use the platform, you will need an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure and be at least 16 years old. If you use Telzyra on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it. You are responsible for activity in your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Telzyra to:
- break any law or the rights of others;
- send spam or unsolicited messages;
- distribute malware or attack other systems;
- overload the platform or bypass its usage limits;
- access other users' data without permission;
- violate the terms of the third-party services you connect.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the workflows and data you put into Telzyra. You give us permission to store, process and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service to you.
5. Third-party services
When you connect another application to Telzyra, your use of that application is governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or changes to them.
6. Plans and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected monthly or yearly period, in the currency shown at checkout. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Plan limits are described on the pricing page. We will notify you before any price change takes effect for your plan. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided where required by law.
7. Intellectual property
The Telzyra name, logo, software and website content belong to Telzyra. These Terms do not give you any right to use them beyond using the service.
8. Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep Telzyra reliable, but we provide the service "as is" and "as available", especially during early access. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for checking that your workflows work as intended.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Telzyra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Telzyra at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms. Where possible, we will notify you first and give you a chance to export your data.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes will be settled by the competent courts of Baku, unless the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country provide otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. For significant changes, we will give notice on the website or by email before they take effect. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
