Documentation

Learn how Telzyra works: the core concepts, how a workflow runs and which building blocks are available.

Telzyra is in early access. The visual editor and accounts are being prepared for launch, so this guide describes how the platform works and will grow as features are released.

What is Telzyra?

Telzyra is an independent workflow automation platform. You connect the apps you use, describe a process as a workflow in a visual editor, and Telzyra runs it for you on its own execution engine: on a schedule, when an event happens, or when data arrives.

Core concepts

Workspace
Your team's space in Telzyra. It holds your workflows, connections and members.
Workflow
A sequence of steps that runs automatically. Each workflow starts with one trigger.
Trigger
The event that starts a workflow: an incoming webhook, a schedule or an event in a connected app.
Node
A single step in a workflow, such as an HTTP request, a condition or an AI step. Every node has a fixed technical ID that never changes between languages.
Connection
Saved, encrypted access to an external app. You create it once and reuse it in any workflow.
Execution
One run of a workflow, with its input, output and a log for each step.
Operation
One node executed in one run. Plan limits are counted in operations per month.

How a workflow runs

  1. 1The trigger fires, for example when data is sent to the workflow's webhook URL.
  2. 2Telzyra creates an execution and passes the incoming data to the first node.
  3. 3Each node runs in order and hands its output to the next one. Conditions and filters decide which path the data takes.
  4. 4The result of every step is saved in the execution log, so you can see exactly what happened and where an error occurred.

Building your first workflow

  1. 1Create a workflow and choose a trigger, for example Webhook or Schedule.
  2. 2Add nodes for each step and connect them on the canvas.
  3. 3Map data from earlier steps into the fields of later ones.
  4. 4Run a test, check the execution log, then activate the workflow.

Node reference

These are the core building blocks. The technical ID is what Telzyra stores in your workflow definition.

  • Trigger

    Webhook

Starts the workflow when data is sent to a unique URL.

    ID: trigger.webhook

  • Trigger

    Schedule

Runs the workflow at a fixed interval or time.

    ID: trigger.schedule

  • Action

    HTTP Request

Calls any REST API and returns the response.

    ID: action.http_request

  • Action

    Send Email

Sends an email using data from previous steps.

    ID: action.send_email

  • Action

    Data Store

Saves and reads records inside your workspace.

    ID: action.data_store

  • Logic

    Condition

Sends data down different branches based on rules.

    ID: logic.condition

  • Logic

    Filter

Continues only when the data matches your criteria.

    ID: logic.filter

  • AI

    AI Extract

Pulls structured fields out of unstructured text.

    ID: ai.text_extract

Plans and limits

Plans differ by operations per month, the number of active workflows, how often scheduled workflows can run, how long execution history is kept and the number of team members. See the pricing page for the current limits of each plan.
